EA has decided to join the Wii bandwagon! They also want to get a slice of it. Hence EA is launching many Wii versions games and expects to account for revenue of $1.3 billion in its fiscal year. They are very fascinated by the success of the Wii platform.

EA sports have adopted the Wii sports model for achieving this. Head of EA Sports, Peter Moore said that Wii is very popular and drives multibillion dollar business for us. He also said they want to make games which are more approachable.
