The boxart of Tenchu 4 or better known as Tenchu: Shadow Assassins posted on the official site of Ubisoft has undergone change. The retailer of the game Game Crazy is displaying a different box art along with the change of image on the official site. This change in the box art will be a new revision of Tenchu’s North American box image.

The boxart looks better as there’s a combination of art styles from the American box and Japanese character art showing elite ninja skills in the game. The two protagonists who must use the skills to keep peace feudal Japan, Rikimaro and Ayame, the former looked more realistic. Game stop has also added a bonus of preordering the game from the site.

It was almost confirmed that Nippon Ichi would make a game on Wii and we all thought it has to be Disgaea or rather an upgraded version of Disgaea 2. However, it turned out that Ichi’s first project would be Phantom Brave, a port PS2 title. The port will have few changes and improvements although the official site doesn’t have much in detail as of now. The game will be released in Japan on March 12th.

There’s still no word whether the game would be released outside Japan as NIS America has not given any word of publishing this game. It is surprising to know because Phantom Brave was NIS America’s first published game in North America. Due to this, Phantom Brave holds special place for NIS America.

Wii celebrated as being the top most selling console in US in the month of October, the figure coming to 800,000 systems. In the very next month, November, Nintendo sold 2.04 million Wii systems which is a record. This shoot in sale was probably due to Black Friday and meeting the adequate number of stock. We are left to wonder whether this is a turning point of Wii but we are dazzled by the huge numbers to analyze.

This surge is Wii sales also mean great number for Wii Play as people tend to like having multiple controllers. Wii Music also held a place in the software top 10. It was bought even it did not hold that much of importance as Wii Fit or Wii Play. In the Wii Music category, it was only Guitar Hero: World Tour that made till the top 10 and not Animal Crossing.

Stock levels of Wii are currently in very short supply though some stores have adequate number but some are still running out. Nintendo has created history in video game industry. Although shoppers do understand that the Wii is the hot product for this season but to remove confusion our Nintendo Wii locator is there to prove it. The most search item is the Wii on the site. Moreover not all the sites are capable of keeping the track of availability of stock.

Most of the Nintendo Wii locators indicate that the shopping sites are running out of stock. Amazon had started a 15 Days, 15 Deals where it sold all the Wii products at a reduced price. However playing smart if you check all the Nintendo Wii locators they inform you that neither the Wii nor the Wii Fit is being sold individually. All of them are sold in bundle pack.

Even the local retailers are forcing people to buy bundles. On complaining they inform that the order is from the corporate office. As we know most of the Nintendo Wii locators denote that big stores are running out of stock, hence the best way to find your Wii is to wait for the circulars distributed by retailers on every Sunday. One after the other all the retailers promote their product. Even still you do not have patience then just grab it from Wal Mart since they have thousands of Wii in stock. That is the latest update on our Nintendo Wii locator.

Sega and Platinum Games’ MadWorld’s official site has been launched and is active. The visuals of the site as decided early are in black and white. The site has the usual things like screens, wallpapers, trailers but from these, the game will also have a multiplayer. However, the multiplayer is just local and he players can’t compete online. The offline multiplayer allows the player to compete against the enemies or friends and is known as the “Blood Bath Challenge”.

Apart from all these there are blog screens that still need to be updated, trailers and some general information about the game.

Guitar Hero: World Tour is selling like crazy and Cowen Group Analyst Doug Creutz says that he knows the public very well and they need Guitar Hero: World Tour. The guitar bundle which included the game and a wireless guitar has been discounted and offered at $59 during the Black Friday week, it has been selling crazily. People are looking for the full band kit which is difficult to find on the store shelves.

According to Creutz, supply of the full band kit at all retail locations was very tight, with the title selling out quickly. The online resellers have also made money by selling the full band kit SKU at high rates. The same situation of high demand and tight supply is prevailing at all the channels. Activision was surely to make a lot more money had the supply been higher.

Twenty employees of Monster Games, a video game company founded 13 years ago by Richard Gracia are working on a secret top-secret video game for Nintendo. These were the people who were behind the famous Nintendo Wii game, Excite Truck and made the company win Yahoo’s “Best Racing Game of 2006”. Since then, for past two years, they have been working on this secret game.

The process is so private that they have to turn down their monitors when some unauthorized person walks into the office. To predict the secrecy, we can only ponder about the racing titles as the Monster Games are famous for. There would be vehicles and high speeds but that would cover a lot of ground. Some even predict that it might be an all-new F-Zero but we are looking forward to something new and not a repetition irrespective that we enjoy little F-Zero also.

The items that had been added to the European Stars Catalogue included the golden statue of Link and Epona continued to stay in the second week also. European gamers can now have the privilege to buy the Gold Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack disc for 3,850 points and the Platinum disc of the same for 4,850 points. These discs were earlier exclusively for Japanese Club Nintendo. This Gold edition has 28 tracks and the Platinum set of two discs contains 81 tracks.

These items had been released in Japan last year and are not available anywhere else and considering their demands, the stock might not last for a long time.
