If you don't know, Manhunt 2 has been under a ton of controversy lately. The ESRB is the board that gives games the ratings to make sure kids don't buy violent games. The UK has a similar service called the BBFC. The only problem is that the BBFC has still not approved Manhunt 2 for sale.
They believed even the fixes that were made to Manhunt 2 were insufficient despite the ESRB in the USA allowing it. The strange thing is that the BBFC has claimed there isn't a definitive link between violence and games, which makes this even more puzzling.
They do however believe the subject needs more research before they can make a decision. All Rockstar understands is they are losing a ton of money on this and also gaining a ton of publicity. I wonder if its cancelling out.
The only real way to obtain the Nintendo Wii right now is to go on either wait hours in a line on Black Friday and still have a small chance of getting one or you could just buy it online. The only problem is that they selling for more and more online. The latest prices in the US are already at $350+ which is a $50+ increase from last week. This is a rapid increase and it hasn't been Thanksgiving yet.
It's even worse in Great Britain where the console is selling for $650+ US Dollars, which is incredibly. They are having a much worse problem than the folks in the United States. Retails stores in the UK are getting thousands and thousands of requests. Maybe there will be some Nintendo Wii riots?
Be sure to pick one up now before you get stuck paying $1000+ for one next to Dec 25. Just a fair warning.
The Nintendo Wii Zapper has finally been released. It is basically a plastic contraption that holds the Wii remote and the nunchuk in a way that makes it look like a gun. The Wii Zapper comes with Link's Crossbow training which stars Link where he shoots down villains in numerous mini games. The Zapper also works well with any shooter type of game like Ghost Squad, which also recently came out.
The Wii Zapper can be found for only $20-25, but it is now sold out everywhere. You will have a tough time trying to find one and may be as hard to find as the Nintendo Wii console. Be sure to check out the retails stores around you because that may be your best bet. It is an outstanding value because you get the free game as well. Good luck!

This is an amazing game that everyone should pick up. Toys R Us will be selling it for $35 which is a huge discount from $50 on a brand new game.
Super Mario Galaxy has been getting outstanding review all over the gaming sites and has been recently ranked the best game ever beating out the old Zelda: Ocarina of Time. This game is incredibly fun and should be in any household that has the Nintendo Wii.
It seems like Super Mario Galaxy has completely redeemed itself because it has now sold over 500k in the 1st for the US. This is a far larger number than the 130K for the Japanese 1st week. The US is much larger, but they are still impressive figures. It is likely Super Mario Galaxy will continue selling like hotcakes throughout the holidays.
Super Mario Galaxy has been getting rave reviews from all the major gaming sites and for good reason too. It is the next FULL sequel to the Super Mario series. The last one happened for the Nintendo 64 which was called Super Mario 64, and keep in mind that this was 11 years ago.
Super Mario Galaxy selling is a good sign that people aren't just buying Nintendo Wii for the Wii Sports games. We'll start to see better adventure games coming out soon.
It's already been one year since the Nintendo Wii was officialy launched it almost seems like yesterday because you STILL can't find a Nintendo Wii for sale easily. It's been an amazing year for Nintendo and we don't even know where the future lies for them.
It all started with the Nintendo Revolution when it was announced a long time ago. Most people were not very impressed due to the specifications of the system. Then Nintendo changed the name to Nintendo Wii which caused a huge stir around the internet. This was an amazing media effort by Nintendo. The Nintendo hit us with the new controls which would revolutionize gaming as we know it.
Now Nintendo has sold more than 14 million Nintendo Wii consoles and the end is nowhere in sight. Congratulations Nintendo and we wish everyone good luck in finding the Nintendo Wii for sale.
