Cable Entertainment announced a new WiiWare game for Japan. It is scheduled to come out in September. Kappa-kun to Asobou: Kappa-kun to Mori no Nakamatachi(Play with Kappa: Kappa and his Forest Friends) is an animated picture book with voice narration. This game tells us the story of young Kappa who wants to become human being.

Since this game is reasonable and is only for 600 Wii points so it can be purchased from home. It will also encourage few parents to sit with their children to share a story. We in the gaming community tend to look disapprovingly at young kids' edutainment but we think that children's "non-games" on WiiWare actually seems like a great idea.

Our Wii Fit locator recently found out that Thrustmaster has created some fitness accessory packs. There are two packs- the T- Fitness Pack and the T- Fitness Pack Pro. The basic pack comes with 6 things. A bag that carries your Wii Fit. The bag is a green, grey and white sports bag. It also comes with two wrist bands of green and white colour. There is also a necklace to hold your MP3 player. Seems Thrustmaster had taken a long time to decide this pack as they also include a cloth to clean the balance board. A rechargeable battery pack and USB charging cable.

The Wii Fit locator finds out that the regular T-Fitness Pack will be available at the end of August for £19.99 whereas the Fitness Pro pack will be available in mid-October for £29.99. Where Thrustmaster is creating fitness accessory for our benefit, there in Taiwan a company, ENG Electronics, is releasing a new Wii Fit clone.

A Wii Fit locator states that the console uses a motion controller and nunchuk style controller as well. However this is yet not clear whether the game will only release Taiwan or will also release outside. Remember the Action Up game where on dropping a coin in the machine you could play a video game? This Action Fun game was launched by company Song Yung, which is now owned by ENG Electronics. The cabinet of Action Fun was with the Wii sports games that used Wii like controllers. Hence it is not a clone of Nintendo Wii.
